Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh curds 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Taste)
  Clotted cream 2 Tablespoon
  Almonds 20 Gram, blanched and slivered
  Pista 20 Gram, blanched and slivered
  Poppy seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Maskati pomegranate 1
  Rose petals 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook the rice in plain boiling water.
Strain and cool in a thali.
Beat curds and sugar and mix into the cold rice.
Pour into a shallow dish.
Top with a layer of clotted cream and sprinkle the nuts, poppyseeds, raisins, pomegranate seeds, and rose petals decoratively.
