Ingredients
  Sheep's trotters 9 , boiled with salt
  Ground onion 1 Large
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Ground garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered saffron 1⁄2 Teaspoon, heated
  Clotted cream 6 Tablespoon
  Ground cashew nuts 15
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Whole mixed spices 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 3
  Ground green chilies 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil.
Fry bay leaves and whole spices till brown.
Add chillies, fry for a minute.
Add trotters with stock.
Bring to the boil.
Add saffron, cream and cashewnuts.
Simmer for 15 mins.
Serve with tandoori roti.
