|White radish||4 Large, scraped and cut into thin rounds (Or Muli)|
|Mustard seeds||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cumin seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Gram flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1 Fruit)|
|Garlic flakes||10 Gram, crushed (About 6 Flakes)|
|Chopped green chilies||3|
Apply salt to radish and keep for 10 mins., wash well and keep aside.
Heat oil in a karhai, put in baghar, when it is light brown, add radish and stir well.
Cover and simmer till radish is cooked.
Sprinkle salt and gram flour over the radish and fry till flour is brown.
Add lemon juice, stir well, remove from fire.
Serve with phulkas.
