Double Ka Mitha

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), reduced to 1 1/2 cups
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Saffron 1 Pinch, mixed with 1/4 cup water made into a thick syrup
  Bread slices 7
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon (To Fry)
  Mawa/Clotted cream 200 Gram
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped nuts 2 Tablespoon
  Cardamom powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Remove crust from bread and cut each slice into half.
Keep aside 2-3 tbs of sugar syrup and mix the rest with milk and pour into a bowl.
Fry raisins and nuts and keep aside.
Heat a little ghee at a time and fry bread slices on both sides and dip them immediately into the milk-syrup mixture.
Take out and arrange them in a shallow baking dish.
Cover slices with mawa or clotted cream.
Glaze them with remaining sugar syrup.
Decorate with raisins and nuts.
Sprinkle cardamom powder and bake 10-15 mins in a mod, oven.
Serve warm or chilled.
