Methi Mattar Aloo

Ingredients
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Methi 4 1⁄2 Bunch (450 gm), cleaned but not cut (3 Large Bunches)
  Salt To Taste
  Peeled and sliced potatoes 1⁄4 Kilogram
  Sliced onions 2 Large
  Oil 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped green chilies 4
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon, handful or chopped
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oil, fry onions light brown.
Add methi, peas, potatoes, salt, turmeric and chillies.
Fry well for 5 mins.
Cover and cook on a slow fire till peas and potatoes are cooked.
Remove lid and fry again till light brown.
Serve with phulkas.
