Lemon Rice

Ingredients
  Rice 1⁄4 Kilogram, boiled
  Coconut 1 , grated
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Cashew pieces 100 Gram
  Curry leaves 10
  Green chillies 6 , chopped
  Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Chana dal 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix the rice in a thali with turmeric, lemon juice, salt and coconut.
Heat oil.
Fry baghar till pink.
Add in cashewnuts, curry leaves and green chillies.
When lightly browned, add rice and mix thoroughly.
Cover and simmer for 10 mins.
Remove from heat.
Stir in coriander leaves.
Serve with fried papads.
