Ingredients
  Semolina/Rawa 500 Gram
  Coconuts 1 1⁄2
  Cardamom seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Wine 75 Milliliter (1/2 wine glass)
  Sugar 750 Gram
  Mixed nuts 50 Gram, sliced (like cashewnuts, almonds and raisins)
  Eggs 6 , separated
  Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind the coconut to a paste.
Put sugar, 3 tblsps butter and cardamoms over a slow fire and cook till the mixture turns into a syrup.
Cool slightiy and mix in semolina, nuts and essence.
Set aside 1 hour.
Beat the yolks and mix in along with wine.
Then fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
Grease and flour a shallow baking tray, put in the mixture and bake in a moderate hot oven to a light golden colour.
If you like you can arrange whole nuts on top of the batter in any design you like before putting it to bake.
