Tomato Mint Raita

Ingredients
  Onion 2 Medium, cut in half, then thinly sliced
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced
  Plain yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh mint sprigs 4 , leaves removed and chopped
  Ground cumin 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the onions and tomatoes with the yoghurt.
2) Now add the mint, chile, cumin or chili powder, and salt.

SERVING
3) Toss well to combine and serve.
