Baked Rice And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped / instant
  Consomme 1 Can (10 oz)
  Mushrooms with liquid 1 Can (10 oz)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Not Butter)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2.In a casserole, put in all the ingredients.
3. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
4. Mix.
5. Place in oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
6.Alternately, the rice can be cooked in a pot on top of the stove prior to baking.

SERVING
7. Serve hot.
