Rava Dosa

South Indian light,low calory, crispy and tasty..
Ingredients
  Semolina 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fine Sooji)
  Rice flour/Plain flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sodium bicarbonate 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon, chopped fine
  Green chillies 2 , chopped fine
Directions

Blend all the ingredients together.
Add more buttermilk if necessary.
The batter should be relatively thin.
salt to taste.
Keep aside for 20 - 30 minutes.
Heat griddle,oil to shallow fry and pour 1 large spoon of batter on it.
Spread by gently rotating the griddle.
Put some oil (1/2 tsp.) over dosa.
Roll the dosa in a three-fold cylinder.
Serve hot with onion and/or coconut chutneys.
Lift with a spatula as for basic dosa.
