Ingredients
  Plain yoghurt 3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)
  Rose water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Shelled unsalted pistachios 12 , coarsely chopped (Use 1 Dozen)
Directions

Whisk all the ingredients with 3 3/4 cups water for 3-4 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
