|Plain yoghurt||3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)|
|Rose water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shelled unsalted pistachios||12 , coarsely chopped (Use 1 Dozen)|
Whisk all the ingredients with 3 3/4 cups water for 3-4 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
