|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|White corn meal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Well beaten egg||1|
Heat milk in double boiler.
When scalding hot add corn meal, moistened with water.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 20 minutes.
Pour into pudding bake dish, add remainder of ingredients, the egg last.
Stir very well.
Bake about 2 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
Serve with sauce of choice.
