|Potatoes||1 Pound, boiled and sliced|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|French beans||1⁄4 Pound, cooked|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat.
Add the potatoes, salt, mustard, and beans.
Stir to combine.
Cook the mixture for about 10 minutes, until it is thoroughly hot.
Sprinkle the parsley over it, and serve immediately.
