Cucumber Raita

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Medium
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mint sprig 2 , chopped
Directions

Stir the yoghurt with a fork until it is smooth.
Grate the cucumber and stir it into the yoghurt with the salt, cumin, and mint.
Chill slightly before serving.
