Pistachio Raita

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)
  Rose water 4 Tablespoon
  Clear honey 2 Tablespoon
  Unsalted pistachios 3 Dozen, shelled, chopped
Directions

Stir the yoghurt, rose water, honey, and pistachios together and chill the mixture.
Sprinkle with the saffron, if wished, and serve.
