Ingredients
  Mint 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Unflavored)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Red tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1.In a small bowl, put in all the ingredients and mix well.

SERVING
2.Use immediately.
