Traditional Tandoori Marinade

Ingredients
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Teaspoon
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine all dry ingredients.
2. Add the yogurt and lemon juice.
3. Mix thoroughly.

SERVING
4. Use to coat the chicken or fish thoroughly and allow to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
