Indian Spicy Lentil Soup
No Indian meal is complete without this spicy lentil soup or dal tadka. It is a rich source of vegetable protein and you can serve it with rice or Indian flat breads. Often, I cherish a single bowl of lentil soup, by squeezing fresh lemon juice on top. Give it a try, you'll also love it.
