Indian Chicken balls. Discover the magic of the Indian cuisine with this simple and easy to make chicken balls. A wonderful appetizer it would add to the flavor of any party.
Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1⁄2 Pound
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), blanched
  Chutney 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut 1⁄2 , grated
Directions

Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise; add chicken, almonds, chutney, salt and curry powder.
Shape into walnut-sized balls; roll in coconut.
Chill for several hours before serving.
