Ingredients
  Thick curd 1 Kilogram
  Powdered sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Saffron strands 8 (adjust quantity as needed)
  Warm milk 1 Tablespoon
  Cardamom powder 2 Teaspoon (elaichi)
  Pistachios 1⁄2 Tablespoon, blanched (For the garnish)
  Almonds 1⁄2 Tablespoon, blanched (For the garnish)
  Silver wark 1 (For the garnish)
Directions

Hang the curds in a muslin cloth in a cool place for approximately
3 hours until all the liquid (whey) has drained off.Rub the saffron
into the warm milk until it dissolves.Mix together the hung curds,
sugar, saffron mixture and cardamom in a bowl and churn using
a hand blender.Place in the refrigerator.Serve cold garnished with
slivers of pistachios almonds & silver wark on it

Variation 1 : mango pulp pureed could be added,
2 : Strawberries can be puried and added (add a little more sugar according to taste &
dependng on the sourness of the fruit)
3 : essence of your liking can be added
4 : Mixed fruits go well with this.
5.Can be served on top of fruit sald
