Lobia Vada

Ingredients
  Dry black eyed beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ginger paste 2 Tablespoon
  Besan flour 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Green chillies 4 , ground to paste
  Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
  Dry red chillies 2 , ground
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Warm groundnut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon, coarse grind not powder
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
Directions

Soak the dry Black-eyed beans overnight

Grind the soaked beans enough to form a nice texture but not a smooth paste.
Add all the ingredients and mix well.
Form small balls of the mixture
Deep fry till golden brown
