Classic Masala Tea

Ingredients
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, peeled and sliced
  Star anise 1 Medium
  Clove 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 2 Medium
  Water 1 1⁄2 Quart
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rice milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tea 6 Gram (3 teabags)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, boil one and a half quarts of water.
2. In a cheese cloth, take the herbs and the tea and make a bundle from it.
3. Turn off the flame and add this cheesecloth to the pan. Allow the spices to seep into the water for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, remove the cheese cloth. Add sugar and rice milk.

SERVING
5. Serve Classic Masala Tea as it is.
