Murgh Massalam Chicken Curry

Ingredients
  Onions 3 Medium, chopped
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Desiccated coconut 3 Tablespoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cardamom pods 3
  Yogurt/Sour cream / heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh / Canned)
  Chicken legs/1 chicken cut up 6 , halved
Directions

Combine all spices.
Fry onions in oil till brown in large trypan.
Add spices to onions, toss and fry for 3 minutes.
Add yoghurt or sour cream and tomatoes, stir.
Add chicken to sauce, toss around, cover and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour on stove or in oven.
Remove lid to make sauce thicker.
