Greens Garlic Mashed Curry (Keerai Masiyal)

This Greens curry is an excellent and healthy dish. Also very quickly made. Try and enjoy!
Ingredients
  Greens 1 Cup (16 tbs), cleaned and chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Urad dal 1 Teaspoon
  Asafoetida powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry red chili 1
  Tamarind paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil/Ghee 3 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a hard bottomed pan, add a tsp oil, greens, garlic, onions, tamarind paste, pinch of salt and cook till the greens are done. Cool, grind and adjust salt.
2. Heat ghee in a kadai, add the mustard seeds, urad dal and saute. Add the asefeotida, dry chilly and saute a min.
3. Now add these seasoning with the ghee on top of the greens. Give a stir and its ready.
4. Add a tsp ghee on top and serve hot with plain white rice!
