Mango Lassi or Smoothie

Ingredients
  Ripe mangoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped into chunks
  Non fat yogurt 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Use as required)
  Saffron 1 Pinch, freshly ground (Optional)
  Ice cubes 4 Medium
  Cardamom powder 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a blender jar, add ripe mango chunks, yogurt, sugar (as required), saffron (if using) and ice cubes.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Sprinkle a pinch of cardamom powder and the smoothie is ready to serve.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled.
