Ingredients
  Frozen lima beans 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Pimiento 1 , chopped
  Dairy sour cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Watercress 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix all ingredients evenly excluding watercress.

SERVING
2) Serve with cress.
