Bombay Banana Salad

Ingredients
  Oranges 2
  Bananas 2 , peeled
  Seedless red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), toasted
  Ripe banana 1 , peeled
  Pitted dates 12 , halved
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar/Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Chutney 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Grate peel from 1 orange and reserve it for dressing.
2. Peel and slice oranges.
MAKING
3. In a bowl, toss salad ingredients with dressing.
4. To make the dressing combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
5. Blend until smooth.
6. Stir in grated orange peel.
