Mushrooms And Rice
|Mushrooms||8 Ounce, chopped (225 Gram)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Brown rice||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
1) In a closed pan, saute the mushrooms in the oil very gently and slowly till the juices start to ooze freely.
2) Finely chop the garlic and parsley and add to the mushrooms in the pan. Stir in the seasoning and rice.
3) Serve hot.
