Chinese Style Poha

Ingredients
  Schezwan sauce 2 Tablespoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Soaked poha 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped spring onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Soak the poha in cold water for a couple of minutes, drain and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, keep on a medium flame, add spring onions and sauces and mix well, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
