Banana And Rice Salad With Curry Dressing

Ingredients
  Pepper 3 Ounce, seeds removed and thinly sliced (Red / Green Variety)
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Bananas 2 , peeled and diced
  Boiled rice 4 1⁄4 Tablespoon (Cold, Heaped)
  Desiccated coconut 2 1⁄4 Tablespoon (Heaped)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Curry powder/Curry paste 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Watercress sprigs 4
  Lemon twist 1
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a salad bowl and mix together pepper, onion, bananas, rice and coconut in it.
2) In a screw-top jar, shake well sugar, salt, curry powder or paste, lemon juice and oil to mix.
3) Pour this dressing over the salad and toss well with two forks or chopsticks.

SERVING
4) Serve at once after garnishing with cress or watercress and lemon twist.
