Spinach Rice Surprise

Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Uncooked long grain rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Processed american cheese 4 Ounce, cubed (1 cup)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan simmer covered water, rice, onion, and salt for 15 minutes.
2) Mix spinach, simmer covered for further 10 minutes.
3) Stir occasionally.
4) Turn off heat.
5) Mix cheese and keep aside for 1 to 2 minutes.
6) Stir to blend.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
