Ingredients
  Ladyfinger 1⁄2 Kilogram, cut into 2"pieces-wash,wipe and keep aside
  Onion 2 , finely chopped
  Tomatoes 2 , finely chopped
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
  Kichen king masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon (to deep fry)
  Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon (fresh)
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Deep pan heat oil fry okra,drain and keep aside.
Heat 3tbsp oil,add cumin seeds,onions fry golden brown.
Add tomatoes saute till they become soft.
Add all dry masala,okra mix well and fry in a slow flame (do not add water)
Add salt,sugar cook well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
