Matar Paneer is an Indian dish consisting of cheese and peas in a sweet and spicy red sauce.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium
  Tomato 3 Medium, blend in blender
  Clove powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cardamom powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Green Cardamom)
  Chopped ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Salt To Taste
  Red chili powder To Taste
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Cashew nuts 15
  Kasoori methi 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Green Peas)
  Paneer cube 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Add ghee in a pan
Add onion and ginger, cook till golden brown
Add coriander, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon powder and garam masala
Now add pureed tomatoes and cook till ghee separates
Add milk and cashew paste
Next add little water and milk, peas and cheese and kasuri methi
Cook for 15 min and matar paneer is ready to eat.
Garnish with coriander leaves
