|Mustard seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Beets||3 Cup (48 tbs), grated|
|Yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) Collect all the ingredients required to prepare the raita. A "raita" is an Indian side-dish that is made often with a yoghurt base. It helps to balance the hooter dish.
2) In a pan, heat the oil and add mustard seeds in it and let them pop.
3) Add beets and salt ans saute until the beets are tender.
4) Remove the pan from the heat. 5) Add the yoghurt, cumin and honey to the beets once they are cooled sufficiently.
6) Chill and serve.
