Indian Cream Pudding
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Saffron threads||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon, freshly grated|
|Unsalted pistachios||1 Tablespoon|
1) Thinly slice the pistachios.
2) Take a small bowl and mix together, sour cream, yogurt, cream cheese, and sugar.
3) Gently crumble the saffron between your fingers and stir in the bowl. Now, put in nutmeg into the mixture and thoroughly blend until soft and smooth.
4) Transfer the pudding into 4 individual dessert bowls and sprinkle pistachios on each serving. Place the bowls in the refrigerator.
5) Serve chilled.
