|Red lentils||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1) In a saucepan, add water and lentils.
2) Bring the water to a boil for 5 minutes.
3) Reduce heat, cover with a lid and cook for another 30 minutes or until lentils are soft.
4) Add spices and mineral salt and simmer for 15 minutes.
5) Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top to serve.
