Ingredients
  Soft margarine 1
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cool whip 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Container)
  Chocolate instant pudding 4 Ounce
  Instant vanilla pudding 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cold milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hershey bar 1 Small, grated
Directions

Combine margarine, flour and nuts in bowl.
Mix well; press in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Combine cream cheese and confectioners' sugar.
Mix until fluffy.
Fold in 1 cup Cool-Whip.
Spread over baked crust.
Combine chocolate and vanilla puddings with milk.
Mix until thick and creamy.
Pour over cheese mixture.
Chill until set.
Top with remaining Cool-Whip.
Grate Hershey bar on top.
Refrigerate until served.
