Ingredients
  Yogurt 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Cardamon 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In your blender, add all ingredients and thoroughly blend.
2) In a glass jar, pour the liquid.

FINALIZING
3) Place the jar inside refrigerator to chill for few hours.

SERVING
4) Serve as a breakfast drink with fruits or cereals.
