Easy Red Beans And Rice

Ingredients
  Spicy smoked sausage 1 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  Canned red beans 30 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 15 Ounce Each)
  Bell pepper 1 , chopped (Green / Yellow)
  Jalapeno 1 , seeded and finely chopped
  Canned diced tomatoes with juice 15 Ounce, peeled (1 Can)
  Red onion 1 Small, chopped
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Uncooked)
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a heavy saucepan and cook sugar, salt, water and vinegar in it on medium flame.
2.Stir the ingredients continuously to form a smooth mixture.
3.Stop stirring for a while so that the sugar syrup forms into a 4-6 inch thread.
4.In a bowl, whisk egg whites until light and fluffy.
5.Add sugar syrup mixture to the eggs and keep whisking so that a thick and foamy mixture is formed.

SERVING
6.Use the frosting as cake topping.
