Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients
  Boneless chicken breasts 4
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped
  Ginger root piece 2 Inch, finely chopped
  Green chili pepper 1 , chopped (Hot)
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Finely chopped gingerroot 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Hot green chili To Taste
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato paste 2 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1⁄2 , chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Lemon 1 1⁄2 , juiced
  White vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon slices 4 (For Garnish)
  Green bell pepper slice 4 (For Garnish)
  Chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Chopped tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Combine 1 tablespoon tomato paste, cilantro, 3 cloves of garlic, 2-inch piece of gingerroot, 1 chili pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder and yogurt in bowl; mix well.
Add chicken, tossing to coat.
Marinate, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place chicken in baking pan.
Bake, covered, for 20 minutes.
Cut chicken breasts into 12 pieces.
Heat oil in large saucepan.
Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and onion.
Saute for 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon gingerroot, 1 clove of garlic, green chilies, salt, turmeric and 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder; mix well.
Stir in chicken, 2 teaspoons tomato paste, tomato, green pepper, lemon juice and vinegar.
Add cream and butter.
Cook until oil rises to top and mixture is light orange.
Garnish with lemon slices, green pepper, cilantro, tomatoes and chopped onion.
Serve with rice.
