Ingredients
  Long grain rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Chicken broth/Consomme for beef roast / steak accompaniment 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Fish / Chicken Accompaniment)
  Chopped green onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Finely chopped carrots 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Cook rice in butter for 5 minutes.
Heat broth or consomme and add to rice.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly 10 minutes before taking from oven.
Season to taste.
