|Long grain rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)|
|Chicken broth/Consomme for beef roast / steak accompaniment||3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Fish / Chicken Accompaniment)|
|Chopped green onions||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Finely chopped carrots||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Almonds||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Cook rice in butter for 5 minutes.
Heat broth or consomme and add to rice.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly 10 minutes before taking from oven.
Season to taste.
