Tandoori Stuffed Aloo Paratha By Chef Sonali

Aloo paratha is potato stuffed Indian flatbread made with whole wheat flour.
Ingredients
  Boiled potatoes 2
  Salt To Taste
  Red chili powder To Taste
  Coriander powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Small
  Chopped ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Dried mint 4 (Few)
Directions

Make dough out of wheat flour as for roti
Mash pototoes and add all the ingredients except butter and mint leaves.
Make medium sized roti and add the stuffing, seal and roll it like a ball.
Now make it like a roti and put on a heated pan until done from one side.
Spread little water on the undone side and put it in a preheated oven at broil till properly done.
Spread dried mint leaves and butter (optional)
Serve hot with mango pickle :)

good picture .....nice recipe!!!!!!!! "PAHALWAN DHABA" on Delhi-Ghajia bad road is a famous traditional hot spot for this tandoori stuffed aloo parantha.

awesome!! i love this recipe.. i have had it exactly like this in restaurants but i didn't knew oven broiling would do the trick of a tandoor! :) thanks for sharing
