Light Chicken Korma

Ingredients
  Ginger 1 Small, peeled
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Skinless chicken breast 4 , cut into pieces
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock 100 Milliliter
  Low fat fromage frais 3 Tablespoon
  Ground almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large skillet, heat oil
2. Add ginger, garlic and onion and sauté until softened.
3. Add the chicken sauté for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
4. Sprinkle the garam masala and sauté for another 1 minute.
5. Add stock and stir.
6. Reduce flame and simmer for 10 minutes until the chicken tender.
7. Lightly whisk fromage frais and ground almonds to blend well.
8. Taking pan off the flame, stir in the almond cream into the chicken.

SERVING
9. Dish out into a serving dish
10. Garnish Korma with the sliced almonds.
