|Condensed milk||1⁄2 Can (5 oz)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sooji||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Maida||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Pinch|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
1)In a pan, add in sugar and water in a pan and bring to a boil,
2)Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3)In a bowl, mix Milkmaid Sweetened Condensed Milk, sooji, maida, water and baking powder.
4)Let it stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
5)Very finely crumble the paneer and put it into the sooji mixture. Mix well.
6)In a frying pan, heat oil.
7)Drop 2 tablespoons of batter in to the oil. Let it form a small, flat malpua about 2 to 3 inches in diameter.
8)Deep fry till the malpuas are browned on both sides and turn crisp around the edges.
9)Drain the oil and remove from pan.
10)Soak the malpua in sugar syrup.
11)Remove the malpua from the sugar syrup and serve hot.
