Ingredients
  Brinjals 2
  Green chili 2
  Dhania leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Chopped onion 1
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Directions

Remove pulp from brinjals.
Pound the chillies, garlic and dhunia leaves very fine.
Add chopped onion and brinjal and pound a little longer.
Sour with either vinegar or sour milk and add salt to taste.
