Ingredients
  Lemon masala cubes 6 , crumbled (Maggi)
  Dahi 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), beaten (Nestle)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Rohu fish 1 Kilogram, sliced
  Mustard oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Onions 3
  Garlic 12 Clove (60 gm)
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Red chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Coat salt and turmeric powder over sliced fish.
2)Heat mustard oil in a pan.
3)Deep fry the fish till brown and remove from heat.
4)In a frying pan, heat ½ cup oil.
5)Put in onion-garlic-ginger paste and red chilli powder.
6)Fry the mixture till it thickens and the oil starts bubbling around it.
7)In a bowl, mix crumbled Maggi Lemon Masala Cubes into Nestle Dahi.
8)Pour it into the masala and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
9)Pour in water and bring to a boil.
10)Put in fish and sugar. Let it simmer on medium flame for 10 minutes.

SERVING
11)Serve the Doi Maach hot with boiled rice.
