Paneer cooked in a rich tomato gravy, butter and cream is absolutely heavenly and a royal feast. This is my closest approximation to one of my favorite dishes when I eat out. Naan is a perfect compliment to this exotic preparation!

Bring the Makhani sauce to a boil on medium heat with the lid on. Turn off the heat and place the Paneer cubes in the sauce. Gently mix them together and set aside for a minimum of 30 minutes. Heat again before serving.
