Indian Mango Lassi

Smooth, creamy and absolutely heavenly! Lassi is a huge favorite in the North India and acts as a perfect cooler.
Ingredients
  Mango pulp 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Available In Indian Grocery Stores As  Kesari Mango Pulpa)
  Plain yogurt 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whole milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a blender/mixer, add mango pulp, yogurt, milk and ice cubes. Blend this to form a smooth consistency. Should take about 1-2 minutes. Mango Lassi is ready to be served.
Garnish:
Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves or saffron threads. Enjoy it with your loved ones!
