Ingredients
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 7 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  White asparagus 1⁄2 Pound (Use Baby Or Small Variety)
  Baby pattypan squash 12 (Along With Other Mixed Baby Vegetables)
  Baby zucchini 12
  Baby yellow squash 12
  Baby carrots 12
  Green beans 12 (Use Baby Or Small Variety)
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon (Use 3/4 Stick)
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley sprigs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), trimmed
Directions

MAKING
1. Take water in a saucepan, add 1 tbsp salt and bring to boil. Lower the heat and allow to simmer.
2. Take a strainer, place asparagus along with other vegetables in it and immerse in water to blanch for 2 minutes. Drain excessive water.
3. Take a small pan, add butter and melt it. Stir basil and season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
4. Take a serving dish, creatively arrange the drained vegetables, allow butter mixture to drizzle on the vegetables and garnish with parsley sprigs. Serve immediately.
