SPINACH, RICE AND LENTIL CASSEROLE
|Cooked lentils||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Spinach||3 Cup (48 tbs), shredded|
|Cheddar cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated|
|Cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix the lentils and rice together and gently stir in the raw spinach with the other ingredients.
Press into a greased casserole and bake at 350Â°F. for about 25 minutes.
